A: We are an out-of-network provider for all insurances. Please note, this means that payment is due in full at time of service. If your insurance plan provides out-of-network coverage, we can provide you with a superbill should you like to submit it for reimbursement from your insurance company. We do not currently provide physical therapy services for Medicare recipients, but we are able to provide wellness and fitness support to those 65 and older who wish to supplement their insurance-covered therapies.
What to expect: you will meet with Hilary individually. During your first visit she will spend time listening to you and gathering relevant information to help develop your treatment plan which might include exercise, nervous system regulation, learning how to pace, hands on therapy - whatever tools seem best suited to you!
Depending on your situation, we might meet weekly for the first several visits, and then once you get in the rhythm and routine of things we can often space out our appointments once you are comfortable working more independently.
If you have vertigo, specifically BPPV, we might be meeting 2-3 times per week until it resolves, but I always try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Because I work with many people with chronic health conditions, I understand that you may be looking for someone to work with long term. This is possible! Sometimes we may meet more or less frequently, but I am here to support you on your health journey.
